Overview

An operations platform used at the airport to manage cargo and logistics workflows, agent onboarding, and support requests, with an admin CRM and a Next.js-based portal plus mobile app support.

Engineering work

• Built the support ticket API used to raise and track cargo/logistics issues.
• Built an OTP-based agent registration system for onboarding cargo agents securely.
• Designed and scripted the admin CRM used to manage day-to-day cargo operations.
• Built the Next.js-based portal used for cargo/logistics handling at the airport, with mobile app support.
